It only seems like just yesterday that we were welcoming the spring season with the emergence of the magnolia flowers and the arrival of the summer season with the blossoming of the dahlias and the hydrangea flowers. Yet already the shorter days and the slightly chilly temperatures signal that we are well on our way to the fall season.

The imminent arrival of the fall season also signifies that we will be seeing more warmer, deeper and vibrant colors from nature. And with the emergence of a new season, new hopes and perhaps new beginnings for some, now seemed to be the perfect time to introduce a new set of fine art photography prints from our brand featuring some lively and vibrant prints from the fall season.

It has been a while since I released a new set of fine art photography prints, although this new set of prints certainly isn’t the first collection I have released since the Covid-19 pandemic started. However, the pandemic has certainly affected the kinds of work that I have chosen to create. Most noticeably, with the restrictions and the decline in the amount of travel that I have chosen to undertake, the type of fine art photography prints and stationery products that I have elected to produce have a decidedly more local flair.

This decision to focus on more local environments has certainly yielded some positive results. Last fall, I was able to capture numerous images featuring the glorious autumn foliage in the city of Toronto, Canada. While I walked around Toronto, the leaves on the many trees around this city changed its color from its regular shade of green to the warmer hues of yellow, red, orange, burgundy, bordeaux, mahogany and chestnut brown.

From these leisurely strolls around this Canadian city, I have chosen to release the first three fall prints from this collection. In addition to brightening your living spaces, my hope is that these images will reflect and display well the vibrant fall season in Canada and once again emphasize to many why Canada is renowned around the world for its spectacular fall foliage.

Wishing everyone a wonderful fall season!

Eiko
